Kevin Murray and Todd Vorhies are high quality builders with integrity and craftsmanship, but they are also good people. They care about how you experience one of their uniquely designed Fairway Homes. What I like about their architecture is that it compliments North Idaho aesthetically, working with nature and the beauty of this area, while adding contemporary updated details that work harmoniously. If you want your home inside to feel more lodge, or modern-farm, or an eclectic mix (contemporary and outdoor – me!), any of this works in their home designs. Your decor choices, window finishes, furniture selections, etc., and outdoor style will create your desired aesthetic style because their architecture is timeless. 

We purchased our “Idaho Club” home in Spring of 2021. The house was still in the building process, so I asked if I could add some of my own material preferences to the interior. They were very accommodating and we worked as a team. I stayed on their deadlines and budget. I got to know Kevin and Todd better through this process, but also their team who maintain the same level of integrity and quality work. Their finishing carpenter Matt was delightful to work with. His attention to detail was nothing short of perfection. My husband and I have owned multiple homes at this stage of our lives. We’ve become educated in the building and design process and could see the quality of Fairway Homes. We have a strong attention to detail – both of us, so we appreciate all of it, from the accent molding, hardware, timeless and beautiful floors, to European appliances. These details enhance and elevate the look of our home. We take pride in all aspects of our home and property and continue to find joy as we add personal touches and accents (both inside and out) of our beautiful home!

We love our Fairway home!  The team provided valuable guidance from helping with our lot selection all the way down to exterior paint colors.  Every step of our entire first home-build experience was  professionally done with transparency and efficiency.  The materials used and the methodology of construction are of the highest standards and we even came in under budget.  There were many decision points along the way and the team always provided helpful recommendations and found resourceful solutions, if needed.  We have been in our Fairway Home almost two years and continue to appreciate the high quality and beautiful craftsmanship that will last for generations.
