-Kevin Murray & Todd Vorhies
Kevin Murray

Kevin Murray has a rich background in residential development and construction with just over 35 years of experience. He began his career in the Seattle area after studying at the University of Washington and worked for two of the Puget Sound regions most respected building companies for over 20 years. Kevin and his business partner then started Kendall Homes and built both custom and speculative homes for another 10 years. The opportunity to develop and build in the Sandpoint, ID area came along and it was an easy decision for he and his wife of 30 years to move to this beautiful part of the country and start Fairway Homes with Todd. Kevin has two grown sons and enjoys the outdoors while fishing, golfing and skiing as well as spending time with family.

Todd Vorhies

Todd Vorhies is a 3rd generation contractor. He developed his passion for construction and golf working summers for his grandfather in Fairfield, Iowa. Todd’s career transitioned to Commercial Construction building cellular networks throughout the Northwest for AT&T and Verizon Wireless. After wireless, Todd redeveloped over 200 multifamily condominium units in Seattle while starting a family. Wanting a change of pace and seeking a smaller community, Todd and Jean moved to Sandpoint to raise their two daughters.
